How are my products shipped?

They are shipped by UPS or Priority Mail because UPS will not ship to PO boxes and such.

What does the packaging look like when shipped?

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All merchandise shipments are securely wrapped in plain packages with no indication of the contents on the outside. The nondescript return address reads only A.B.N.

Is my information kept confidential?

Of course we do Not under any circumstances sell or trade information/emails/names etc. with anyone else everything you submit here is extremely confidential.

What if I need to return something?

Returns & Refunds -- Return Authorization (RA) Required.  We at A Bit Naughty want you to be happy with every item you purchase here. However, we are unable to accept returns of any item where the package has been opened or damaged unless that item is defective.   This is due both to government health regulations.  It is important that you read the toy descriptions, to make sure that you know what you are ordering. This is because any sexual toy that is designed to come into contact with the following orifices cannot be returned (by law):
The Mouth
The Anus
The Penis
The Vagina

Before you send any item back, you will need to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Please e-mail your request for an RA to returns@abitnaughty.com. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and also the reason you wish to return it.

What Can I exchange?
1. Vibrators that do not work and have not been used.
If a vibrator does not function, it may be returned as a defective product
and exchanged for the same kind. To return it, you must do the following:

A. Notify us by email, with your sales order number.
B. Write down the RMA Number we give you.
C. Send the vibrator back to us in its original box and packing. You pay for the shipping to us, and  we will pay for sending the replacement.

***Note: We reserve the right to determine whether or not the vibrator is defective.

2. Dolls that do not hold air.
If the doll did not hold its air, it can be returned under the following conditions:

A. None of the orifices or tunnels have been unsealed, or used.
B. It does not show any sign of use of any sort.
C. If it is sent back in its original packing box. (This is the only way we can exchange it with our manufacturers.) You pay for the shipping to us, and we will pay for sending the replacement.

***Note: We reserve the right to determine whether or not the dolls are defective.

NOTE: TOYS THAT ARE RETURNED WITHOUT GETTING AN RA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU, AND SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE INCLUDED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Defective Returns
(This section only applies to products that are found to be defective after you open them.)

We must receive your request for a Return Authorization (RA) within 7 days of the date the item was originally shipped. Wait to receive your RA number from us, and make sure the RA number appears plainly on your return shipping label. You will have to pay for return shipping, and we must receive the return within 15 days of issuing the RA. Be sure to include all packaging, warranty cards, and other materials that came with the item. We recommend that you insure the shipment for its full value, in case something happens to it during transit.

For a defective item, we can send you an identical replacement (shipped at our expense via United States Mail), or we can apply the purchase price towards a different item. Specify your choice in your RA request. New shipping charges will generally apply if you choose to get a different item.

Note that we cannot send any replacement items until we actually receive your return. Also note that we cannot credit your credit card for a defective return. Once the original packaging has been opened, you can only exchange a defective item for other merchandise.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a California address will include 8.25% sales tax in the total.  Shipments to other states are not subject to sales tax.
